Or perhaps it's just the creeping exhaustion of performing a version of yourself that has everything under control.

The common thread is the same in either case; there's something internal that the external work hasn't reached.
That’s not a reflection on you, the things you've tried weren't built to reach the part of you that's actually running the show. No one really talks about that part. What This Actually Is
Three months of close, consistent 1:1 work.
Not a monthly check-in with homework in between. Proper depth work. The kind that requires space, continuity, and someone who can hold exactly what you bring without flinching or redirecting you toward something easier.
We meet fortnightly. We go where the work actually needs to go. You have my support between sessions throughout. You're very much in my care for these three months.
What we work on is led by what you bring. But most people find we're working on some version of:

By the end of three months, you won't just understand yourself better, you'll be a different version of yourself. Not because you've learned a set of skills, but because the thing underneath the skills you already have has actually moved.
This kind of work is rare. Most coaching doesn't go here. This is a different kind of container, and people who've experienced it tend to describe it as the first thing that actually worked.

How I Work
I've spent seventeen years working with people who are capable, self-aware, and stuck in patterns they can't shift alone. Business owners hitting the same invisible ceiling. Senior leaders who are excellent at their jobs but can't shake the sense that they don't quite belong, or that the pace isn't sustainable. People at a crossroads who have tried therapy, read everything, and still can't find their way through.
What I've learned, consistently, is that the block is almost never what it looks like on the surface. And the shift, when it happens, is rarely what anyone expected.
My job is to see what's actually there. Not the surface version, not the version you've already analysed to death, the thing underneath that. I hold space for it precisely and help you move it in a way that holds. Not a temporary lift after a good session. An actual shift.

£1200 for three months of 1:1 work. Payment plans are available.
