Business Coaching

Ongoing supportive strategy and mindset coaching for business owners and leaders.

"I really value your grounded approach. You make me feel supported, safe and that I can achieve anything I want!"

Let's be honest; running a business can be hard work.

Most business owners I work with aren't finding it hard because they lack capability. They're finding it hard because doing it alone is a lot and something underneath the capability keeps getting in the way.

The anxiety that shows up before (and after!) a big decision. The pattern of saying yes when they mean no. The low-level hum of overwhelm that never quite goes away, no matter how well things are going on paper. The sense that they're running their business, but something else might be running them.

Ongoing coaching is for people who are ready to look at that layer, and do something about it.

What this looks like in practice

We meet fortnightly or monthly, depending on your life and the pace that suits you. Sessions are 60 minutes. The work builds over time, and the longer we work together, the more precise and useful it gets.

There's no fixed curriculum. We go where you need to go. That might be a specific decision you're carrying, a leadership challenge, a conversation you keep putting off. Or it might be something slower and more significant: the pattern you keep bumping into, the belief that's been quietly costing you for years, the experience of being unable to fully relax.

Over time, clients tell me they're trusting themselves more. Making decisions with less noise around them. Feeling calmer, not because things are easier, but because they're clearer. Getting more done, not from pressure, but from focus. And somewhere along the way, recognising patterns they didn't even know were there, ones that had been shaping their choices long before they started working with me.

That's the work we do together. It compounds.

A note on commitment

Coaching works when you give it enough time to work. Four sessions is the minimum I'd suggest before you decide whether this is right for you, not because the work is slow, but because momentum builds over time.  The most important shifts often happen between sessions, in the decisions you make differently, the things you start to notice about yourself and the conversations that go differently because you do.

For new clients, I offer a starter block of four sessions to make that initial commitment feel straightforward.

Starter block: 4 sessions within 3 months: £460 (£115 per session)

Ongoing sessions: £125 per session

Who this is for

You're a business owner who functions well on the outside. Capable, considered, good at holding things together. Your business is growing and you want it to continue to grow, but there's an internal layer that keeps showing up, in how you make decisions, how you respond under pressure, how much energy it costs you to do things that should feel straightforward by now (like talking about pricing, asking for the sale, stating your terms clearly, asking your team to do something for you).

You're not in crisis. You just know that the way you're operating has a ceiling, and you're ready to understand why, and raise it.

How to start

With a free 20-30 minute discovery call.

Just a conversation to see whether working together is the right fit for both of us.

"Working with Vicky has been the best investment I have ever made in myself. The results have been astounding."

"She is the calm among the storm, always."

"You make me feel supported and that I can achieve anything I want."

"I feel more capable than ever."

A note from me

The leaders I work with aren't working with me because they're not good enough. They're doing it because sheer capability alone is not enough to keep them performing at this level without a cost. Carrying this much alone is not only unnecessary, it's exhausting.

Having a strategic thinking partner who also helps you see the best in yourself is often the difference that changes everything.

If that resonates, the discovery call is a good place to start.
