6 x 1hr business support sessions covering topics like:​​​​​​​​
– Business Audit/Health Check​​​​​​​​
– Goal setting and planning​​​​​​​​
– Marketing and Sales ​​​​​​​​
– Time Management, Procedures and Processes​​​​​​​​
– People Management (if applicable)​​​​​​​​
– Risk Management and Future Proofing​​​​​​​​
– Any other areas of concern​​​​​​​​

Emotional Support

As you can see from elsewhere on my website and my other social media posts, I have a deep interest in Emotional Wellbeing too, so some support along those lines can be woven into your package if desired. Your package would be bespoke to your needs and we would adapt it as we go. The above just gives an indication of what could be covered.​​​​​​​​   If after your package you wanted to keep going with regular support, we can arrange that too.  Most of my clients have been onboard for some time and we speak monthly-ish.  Many treat me like a member of their team and bring me into conversations with other colleagues at times.  I love what I do and if this sounds like something you might love to incorporate into your business, then I’d love to speak to you!
