For 17 years I've been doing this work privately with 1:1 clients at the highest levels: CEOs, executives, multi-award winners, and senior leaders who needed to build what success never taught them. This is the first time I've opened it to a group, and I'm keeping it deliberately small.

This is structured, progressive, and cumulative. It builds on itself. By month six, you'll have a fundamentally different relationship with pressure, with uncertainty, and with your own capacity to lead through both.

One live group session (Zoom)

Held the 2nd Wednesday of each month, 11.30am - 1pm. Real coaching, in real time. Not a webinar. Not a lecture. A working session.

One recorded Q&A session

Where you submit your questions and I answer them directly to the group. You get specific, focused guidance on what's actually coming up in your work and leadership, without needing to block out a second fixed slot in your diary each month. Built for how senior leaders actually operate.

 

A private WhatsApp group

for between-session support and the quiet assurance of knowing the container is always there.

The Methodology

Coaching, NLP, nervous system regulation, mindset, and energy work. Structured enough to satisfy the analytical brain. Deep enough to create real change. I'm a qualified Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, Hypnotherapy and Reiki Practitioner, and trauma-informed.

I've spent seventeen years working with CEOs, executives and senior leaders, and the pattern I see most consistently is this: the capability that gets people to the top is often the same thing that makes it hard to stay there sustainably. This programme is built from what I've learned in that work.

The people in this group are carrying significant responsibility, leading teams or organisations, and have reached the point where raw capability alone is no longer enough. They're not looking for a quick fix. They've already tried those. They're here because they've recognised the work needs to go deeper.

My 1:1 clients pay considerably more for individual access. This is different work, not lesser work.

A note from me

The leaders I work with aren't struggling because they're not good enough. They're struggling because sheer capability was enough to get them here, but it's not enough to keep them performing at this level without a cost.
